Only thing I've heard about storing for such a long time is putting the car on blocks and taking the wheels off. This will eliminate suspension slag and peppermint wheel obstruction. Read this on some other thread.

Take out of the inside of the car whatever you don't need to be there.
A good wax job will help also.

when you drive the car into storage, jack it up, put it on blocks. Also drain ALL fluids including gas, oil, coolant, windsheild wiper fluid. Only thing left undrained would probably be the clutch & power steering fluid.
Make sure to clog your tail pipes and make sure fresh rat poisen is in the storage unit. Your biggest problem is going to be rats laying nests in your engine bay. Good luck with things, thats a long time to store a brand new car you want to turn over when you get back into it.

fort the op up top i am storing it in a garage but i heard its not good to start it up every once in a while it creates condensation in the oil tank and gas tank etc. i wish it were that easy but i think its more involved. i would hate to have to drain all the fluids but its looking like i am going to have to thnx again fellas
