Default a big scary sound that i cant get rid

well my car has been sitting for 2 months now (putting body kit on) well today i tried to drive it to the body shop, but after a minute of driving i hear this loud scraping sound that sounded like my whole front bumper was rubbing against the asphault. I immdiately stop and got out to check but everything seem fined. no rubbing or anything. so i got back in and started to drive again, after a few seconds the sound came back.

Im pretty sure that the kit is not rubbing because if it was then it would rub immediately after my car started rolling. the loud scraping noise immediately stop after i tap on my brakes.

so i ran a few more times around the neighborhood and it seem like it is happening at the same time each time. after a few seconds it would start hissing/scraping real loud.

Could it be rusty rotors/calipers?

i dunno.

i drove the car around and it seem like if i go under about 27 mph then it would be fine. but once i go 28 and above, i hear some clicking, like the sound of the spring creaking. and a second later the loud noise would start.

Perhaps bad wheel bearing?
