Default Kinda confused on oils here!

So im about to do the tranny and diff oil changes.

i decided to go the amsoil. have been really satisfied with the engine oil so why not?

for the tranny i think i will go with this:
http://www.amsoil.com/StoreFront/mtg.aspx

and for the differential... which one to go with?
i know im suppose to use 75W-90... but there seem to be 2 of them on the amsoil site.

http://www.amsoil.com/storefront/svg.aspx
OR
http://www.amsoil.com/storefront/fgr.aspx

thanks! im pretty **** and would really like to know that i am using the correct and best fluids!

Either of those diff oils is okay; the second (FGR) is just a longer-life blend for a 500,000 mile service life. The SVG is fine for our cars, I'll be changing to that myself soon.

I use the first oil and the third oil in the links you provided. Severe 500,000 is not needed imo since I change mine every 30k... Plus I would not feel comfortable with not changing the diff or manual tranny oil that long.

^^ Exactly, it's overkill. It's meant for road rigs that actually have a service life of a million miles or more.
