why would it leak? any thoughts/suggestions?

took it to a transmission shop, they stated it was a 1 1/2 quarts overfilled! Who the fk does that, i bought it from a nissan dealer of all places. wont know if its truly fixed until it drops below 30 degrees again as that is when im mostly occured.

How many miles on the beaZt? If it's gone, no two ways about it, you gotta get a new one, regardless of what happened, dude.

its an 03 with 89,102 miles, only noticeable problem is the 1st to 2nd shift, but we all have that problem.
