So this has been something that has bothered me since I got the car. When the windows are down and you shut the door it sounds so cheaply made. A lot of "loose" parts I guess. Anyone done anything to fix this?

Have you tried taking off the door panels and tightening all the bolts?

 

I get it most of the way closed and then use my **** to close it and muffle the sound when I'm getting my ninja/chuck norris on.
