Lightbulb My Rear Wiper popped off when I shut my Hatch?!?

Alright guys....

Got my Z about a month ago. IT's got a couple of little quirks I've been working on. The rear wiper does not work. When turned on it just makes a sort of whirring noise?

Additionally, the hatch struts are shot and do not help at all when trying to hold that heavy @ss hatch open.

We'll I took the Z to my mom's today to throw an Injen CAI on it
(way more room over there..I live in Da Hoodz)

I put som stuff in the hatch and then when shutting it dropped it from about 5-6" so it wouldn't eat my fingers......My Beautiful Z proceeded to spit my rear rear wiper in my face!!

The whole daam thing just popped off.

I'm left with just the threaded bolt that sticks up out of the hatch. When I looked at the wiper arm, I can see a nut down inside of it that is just jangling around??..A quick observation and I couldnt see if the nut could get out of there ???

Any clue how to get this bad boy reattached( I dont have the Fundz for the MG Carbon Hatch yet ).....Also....n e clues on how to get the rear wiper working again (Is there a common problem with a possible simple solution?)

It was getting dark as I finished installing the intake (PITA BTW) so I didnt have much time to check out any possible solutions..

Thanks alot!

ROb

Flip up the shroud at the bottom of wiper arm up, push the arm back onto the bolt coming out of the car and stick the nut back on. The whirring that you heard was probably because the thing wasn't attached properly in the first place. My guess is that once you get the arm on and the nut tightened down, everything will work as it's supposed to.
