Default Arbitration hearing set for 9/15/03, need letters

Hi everyone.

My attorney asked if I could get some letters from other 350Z owners to present to the arbitrator at my hearing on Monday, September 15, 2003 with the Better Business Bureau.

All I need is a short letter explaining the problems you are having with your 350Z and the actions you have taken and/or are taking.

Please include your name, phone number, VIN number, type of 350Z and a complaint number with NNA, if you have one.

I would really appreciate it.

You can e-mail it to me at yntski69@aol.com. Time is of the essence, because as I said my hearing is on Monday and we need to put together a package. I am sorry for the short notice, but I do not need long responses, just something that will impress the arbitrator of the problems associated with this vehicle.

The arbitration specialist from Nissan that I am dealing with is Adam Goodman, he doesn't seem to responsive to my attorney.

Please just address the letter to Whom It May Concern.

Thank you so much

Due to the mechanical difficulities with my 350Z I am requesting NNA buy back the car.

In the owner's manuel it explains how to go about using the Better Business Bureau Auto Line. They request prior to filing a civil action to go this route. It is totally voluntary and free.

I am requesting letters to give to the arbitrator so he can see that there are a lot of problems that owners are having.

So far I have only gotten one letter. I am hoping for some more. I should have asked for the letters a couple of weeks ago.

I would really appreciate any letters. So thank you ahead of time for those willing to do this for me.

Have you given Nissan a chance to fix the problems?

Of course I have. I wouldn't be going through this process or the expense of hiring an attorney if I hadn't. I have had my vehicle in for service for the same thing 6 times.

I have gotten one letter and I would like more. Any help would be appreciated. My hearing is at 1:00 P.M. Pacific time.

Sorry, I've had no problems with my Z yet. But why not just randomly pick some threads and print them out? Especially the ones that are related to your problems. Should help prove that you are not the only one having problems.

When nna buys back your car, do you get back a private sale value or a trade in value? Just curious.

You should get back the money you paid for the car. I don't know if they include depreciation, since your car was a lemon to begin with. You shouldn't have to pay for depreciation on a car they shouldn't have sold you in the first place. I really think they return your exact payment when you bought the car OR offer you a brand new car at their cost.

he told me that if I drive the car 2.5 hours away to a nissan body shop he would get it painted to resolve my mis match issue but after I did this he had them just buff and burn it. Also told arbitrator various things that were later proven with documentation as lies such as repair attemps etc... many lies

well I have had most issues that people have encountered with the Z, and I must admit my dealer has been great. I just wanted to state that, it is not their fault that we are experiancing these issue, they just have to deal with the pissed off customers and the repercussions of a car, that has some issues.

not sure what my vin # is, but car was manufactured in 09/02 and purchased 10/30
