Default Left front lug nut stripped

as stated in title I have to get the front hub repaired. How or what is the best way to get the tire off so I can replace the hub, HELP. I've never been faced with this problem.

Go to sears and pick up a stripped lug nut/bolt remover. You are probably going to have to hit it with a hammer a couple of times to have the teeth grip with the lug nut. Then it should hold enough for you to break it loose. Good luck man.

Problem, the stud is spinning in the hub, I can turn the nut but it just spins. Somebody told me to break the nut with a chisel. I think that I can get at the stud with a cut off wheel.

You have a built motor with forced-induction, and cant get the wheel off? Oh come on now.

Dude, I got a nail in a tire on the way to work this morning. I took it to the place where I bought my tires at. I asked them to fix the leak and balance the wheels. I pick up the car and the service manager tells me the lug was stripped (even tho I'm the one who torqued them properly).

I was 75 miles from home and posted from my cellphone asking to see if I can get a heads up from someone who may have had this problem before, maybe a special tool I could pick up on the way home. I have not even tried yet, and yes I think I can but I have never had this situation before, Thank you for your constructive reply, it really helped.
