Damn man sorry that happened to u. I believe you'll have to get the fender repainted as well as the bumper and hood to match the color. Silver is pretty hard to color match from what i heard so you might have to paint more than just the fender. Good luck

Well if you can feel the scratch with your finger nail then it needs to be repainted. And judging from the pics they wont have to blend the paint on your hood or bumper. Since it is close to the center of the fender, they will be able to blend the paint within the fender. Good luck with the repair.

True. Good auto-body shops won't even paint your car unless they paint-match the area to the rest of the car perfectly. I work right next to an auto-body shop, and the painter guy is wicked. I always see him adding to paint and re-mixing for better results.

My ex keyed my driver door... just the door. Body shop redid the entire side of the car.

That looks pretty deep, and with my experience, the fender would definitely have to be repainted. Be sure that whoever you take it to, color matches when the sunlight is out, if it is the least bit cloudy, don't even attempt. Sorry to hear about what happened, it is a damn shame that someone can't respect someone elses shiet.

paint stick may not allow it to stick out so much. I would do that till you take it to the shop if you take it to the shop. At least a paint stick will stop moisture from geting under the paint and pushing up the surrounding areas.
