Default Engine area whining noise

Alright, so whenever my car's engine is nice and warmed up there is this whining noise that seems to come on..

I've looked and listened for the issue in my engine bay, but have not yet been able to get up under the car to know exactly where the sound is coming from..

I know that the sound is coming from the passenger side of the engine..

I have a two suspects. It could either be the power steering (which I'm not having any trouble with, except that the fluid is down below the warmed up engine min) and it could also be the alternator (however the alternator is keeping a charge real well and doesn't seem to be dieing on me)..

What do you guys think. I looked through the maintenance and repair threads and have not found someone with the same problem. But if you know of someone with a thread started with the same problem please post the link.. My search option doesn't work on here so I'm not trying to spend a crap load of time searching for this. Please help!

Btw, define "whining." Is it a squealing sound?

Deffinetly not the transmission noise.. I know what the transmission noise sounds like, like a mini supercharger.. I wish I was supercharged.

This is a legitl whining noise if you say "eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee" over and over again that is what it sounds like.. I'm gonna see if I can get a video of the noise today.

This is a video of a mercedes with a similar noise that I am having. Except the mercedes noise is a lot louder and I haven't turned the wheel to see if it makes the noise louder. I'll try that today..

Here is a video of how to fix the problem and what is causing it. But I'm still not sure this is the problem.
