car has 38,xxx miles mods include berk high flows, cat back, mrev2, plenum spacer, pop charger

recently ran upon several issues

engine cold or warm...under normal accelerating car struggles to gain power, engine sounds abnormal very loud around 2-3k, continues at high RPMs

the other day I punched it in 6th on the highway and the car lagged like hell, SEL flashed on then turned off..no light so I can't check for codes

talked to a mechanic could be...knock censor or MAF censor...need to check them asap

also if the car hasn't been driven for a few days a loud rattling sounds coming from below the motor after start up for a quick second then goes away

I found a few threads on similar issues but no conclusions.....I will post updates

The problem was a blown cat that I purchased from a member here not to long ago(Berk HFCs) One was already damaged when I received the cats. I ended up gutting out both the cats so basically they are test pipes now. No more problems with the car.
