Btw, you dont need to take both wires off. If you take off just the ground (black or -), it will do the same thing.
but by doing that, will anything happen to my battery suck like it will die quicker than normal or something. I know it sounds funny, when I am talking all these none sence stuff, but as no one really knows about the Z that much in this country all I can do is learn everything by myself. don't know if I should be happy about it.

I think he means to disconnect the positive first. You can always ground something out but can't ground anything if the red wire isn't on the battery... You disconnect the negative first and leave the positive still hooked up, you going to cause sparks and the ground wire to weld to what ever it touches.

Someone get xlr82 a pen and paper for some notes.

Here is the lesson to be learned. The ONLY reason you disconnect the negative first is to be safe. Its a PRECAUTION.

FOR EXAMPLE. Let say you are tryin to take off the positive first and suddenly your wrench/ratchet slips and hits the wall or any ground, then you will short circuit the whole dman system and risk taking out a Control Module.

BUT if you take off the negative and you slip and hit the wall or ground, nothign will happen.

EITHER WAY, you can take off any cable to create an open circuit but takin off negative first is safer and less chances of damaging anything.

Well you dont have to really know about z's to work with a battery. And trust me on this one, take off negative first. Nothing is worst than knowing all you had to do was listen and you coulda prevented a blown fuse or something even worst.

ok, since I have to do everything by myself now I think it's better for me to learn more about cars as much as I can. so anyone can suggest me some book or computer programs to learn how to fix my Z. I mean teachs me to do everything that's need to be done on my Z.

And I still need somebody to teach me how to post pic on this fourm.

Wouldn't a vaccum or boost leak also send a car into limp d*ck mode?

ok the newest report is that the throttle gains the the response back, but the vdc light and the engine check light is still one, what I did is borrow a battery charger and charged my battery for a night. well, at least I can drive the car to a shop to see what's going on with my freaking Z. hope there will be no problem for my Z. Thanks for everyone's help.
