I just made 50 000 miles on my car. What should I changing, checking, looking ? I have been at Nissan dealer and they offered 30 000 miles service for $629 for me. It's big money maybe some work can I do by my self ?

I mean nothing wrong with my car, and I dont know should I do this or not.

 

Look at the maintance manual. Start there.

 

$629 is ridiculous. I paid 329 and that included a rental car.

edit: Why would you do 30K service if you have 50K on car?

 

Id look for a 350z shop around your area to do your maintenance. Im going to forged when I hit 60k.

 

Personally, I would just get the cooling system flushed, and then inspect the hell out of your car. Basically if it isn't broken, then there is no reason to fix it. Check your oiled systems for sure.

 

Usually I have done all of the following done by 50k-60k

Fluids changed/flushed
Tranny
rear-end
Coolant

Check your belts.. they tend to go bad around 40k or so from what i have see
check your rotors/brakes
Check all other fluids

And thats about it..

 

How about to clean injector ? How often it should be done ?

No one here cleans the stock injectors? somebody has to use additives..
