Engine wear
It should go without saying that racing of any sort can have adverse affects on the longevity of a vehicle. Unless you've modified your engine in some way, however, it is unlikely that a few 0-60's will do much do damage the motor, though repeated operation under race conditions will certainly accelerate wear. I'd be most concerned about the clutch and transmission, as they tend to take the brunt of the abuse in drag strip racing. The 350z is not meant as a drag car.

drive your car as hard as you wish. You are NOT damaging anything, its a sports car!
Yes, if you beat the crap out of your car constantly, it will wear sooner. If you race it a lot, you're clutch will need replacement sooner.
Don't worry about 4 runs, lol, it will take hundreds to do any significant changes

just to add, I beat the crap out of my '91 se-r (powershifts, redlining daily) from 130K all the way to 200k with no problems (did have to replace the clutch once, though
). Sold it @ 200k miles for $500 hehe
