Default Anyone changed there own coolant, question

Anyone here change it themselves. I can only find 2 plugs in the block, I can not find the plug on the left side. The manual says 3, is it wrong or am I just completely missing this thing. I see the right plug, its in the back of the motor and looks like it will be fun to get out.

Leave the plugs alone. It's overkill to remove them. Just drain the old coolant and add new coolant...

I opened mine on the pass rear firewall and it seemed to make the job easier.

To each his own.

I just drained mine completely from the radiator drain plug last time I swapped the hoses...

How did you get all of the air out? Opening the plugs ARE time comsuming.

I don't think it's about getting the air out when draining, but more of getting the air out once it's refilled. There's a little valve next to the battery cubby. It's for bleeding the system. I got lucky when I did mine and didn't have to do it...
