Default eBay seller selling 350z taillight overlay kit with wrong item

Just FYI

I recently bought a taillight film overlay kit for 350z 06 07 08 from ebay from rvinyl_inc and despite numerous communication attempts even prior to purchase, they still managed to messed up the order and the worst part was they basically said I made a mistake purchasing that kit (eventhough the ebay title clearly said the specific year models).

Before purchasing the kit, I had sent several emails to them to confirm that the kit titled 06 07 08 will match my 08, and of course they said it would.
I also asked them if they could do a mix of color tints, between the taillight and the reverse & sidemarker, which they said they would - no problem.

Purchased the kit. Received and discovered that:
1) they messed up the color tints.
2) turns out from the sidemarker, that kit is really for 03-05 model year.

I communicated the problem back to them, but got stone-walled instead with reasons such as:
1) their product is for USDM 350Z, will not match my 08 "JDM" 350Z sidemarker
2) they only provided mixed up colors for me as "courtesy", hence will not honor their mistake of messing up the colors.

I shipped the wrong product back to them and got my refund, but I'm still out return shipping - which they refused to pay.

I told them, that's fine. I'm not a newbie at ebay and for the $6 I spent to ship their crap back, it's worth it to be able to leave a negative feedback for them - to prevent other 350Z owners to make the same mistake as I did, buying from rvinyl_inc.

i think he's talking about the front side markers.

but anyways live and learn. ebay stuff is always not guaranteed like a stand up company who owns a real website. while live persons on the phone. at least they refunded the money.

yeah the front bumper side markers would be the only different parts in what ever "kit"

so they grabbed the wrong ones...

shiould be buying from blue bat mobile anyway...

unless you get the smoked nissan motor sports side markers or clear markers...

after having the tinted tails and headlights, i prefer to leave them red IMHO...

i used the nightshades spray on my taillights and they came out great. It's nice to cause you can go however light or dark you want. Just go over it with some clear and your fine. I get compliments all the time from mine! There just as bright when they light up at night as well, and no cop issues with mine, *knocks on wood*!

The crappy overlays sold anywhere cause cracks on the lights. Nightshades is the best solution, mine have been done for over 3+ years, the lights look brighter with this look & the cops are actually giving me the compliments. Overlays are siLLy.

Maybe your not smart enough for this simple task. Do you ride on the samll skOOle bus & wear a drooling bib & helment at all times???

Are you actually trying to make something soo easy, difficult???
