Problem after installing new battery...
Hey guys, have a 2003 350z touring. The dealership told me the battery was near failure and the starts sounded a little weak, so I went and purchased a new battery.
After installing the new battery, when starting the car after it starts fine the idle goes down almost all the way to 0 like it is going to die but then comes back up to normal idle.. but sometimes it does die. Any idea as to what caused this?
Thanks,
Cole

Not unusual after disconnecting battery.
I got a new battery several months ago. RPM would drop to zero stalling the car. Instead of doing the ECU reset thing, I left it alone. Car was fine after a few days.

Ok guys, im just going to leave it alone and see what happens. Now it only does it sometimes... this morning it started fine but when i left work it tried to die again.
Just going to give it more time i guess.

Ok guys, UPDATE!
It seems the car has gotten better about the stalling/low RPM. It never does it like in the morning when i leave for work or when I leave work in the afternoon. It seems it does not do it after it has been sitting for a while.
However, if I turn the car on, then shut it off and try to restart it in a small amount of time it will still go low RPM and even stall sometimes.
Should I just keep driving it? Or could it be some other problem? I mean its been a while since I changed the battery, i figured it would be worked out by now.
