If you know what the code is, what do you need help with?????

The passenger side, #1 sensor is either disconnected from the harness or it is dead.

Don't go around asking people to tell you what to do with your money when you know what the problem is already.

Banks and sensors go like this:

Bank #1 - same side as cylinder #1
Bank #2 - same side as cylinder #2
Sensor #1 - sensors are numbered from the motor back. Sensor #1 first. Sensor $2 second.

If I'm not mistaken bank 2 is the drivers side bank 1 is passenger side. The sensor is before the catalytic converter. Correct me if I am wrong. Cylinders 1,3,5 are on the passenger side cylinders 2,4,6 are drivers side.

Oops. You are correct. It's been a while since I've seen the diagram.
