hood is stuck, it wont open

so i just bought a new z and the hood is stuck, i searched for a hour and found nothing, if i try and pull the lever to pop it, it doesnt budge, please help this is so frustrating!!

i could, the car is twin turbo'd built,with a body kit and i would have to tow it there, im trying to figure this out at home, im thinking worse comes to worse ill cut it off

didnt you open the hood before you bought it?

i closed the hood yesterday like normal, today i tryed to open it and it was stuck.the car has a blown head gasket. it starts but ya
