Default knocking noise

Getting a loud knocking noise from my tranny. but whenever i push in the clutch in it goes away. I'm thinking its my throwout bearing. Any other suggestions on what it could be? How could i check?

Yep I get the same noise when I start my car, very pronounced when it's in my garage. Sounds like one pop/knock to me. I'm in a 2005.

It's Also a 2005. The noise is just Annoying. It doesn't seem to be driving bad.
