Default Service engine soon : evaporator leak.

I got a "Service Engine Soon" light on this am, while I was on my way to the dealer (what a coincidence!).

They report I had a small evaporator leak.

Just FYI. It is probably the "anything is wrong" light.

That happened to me a couple of times but they have a revised ECU program which is supposed to fix it, I have not had it happen again.

There is a note on the work order that says they "reprogrammed the ECU per bulleting"... I thought they meant just to turn the light off.

It sounds like the did the reprogram, it takes about 15-20 minutes, they hook up the consult and download the new program on to the car's ECU, and there is a TSB.
