I have the Viper alarm system and like a moron i leave the key in the ignition at my house. Never really gave me a warning but i should of known an 03 batt would eventually go. SUCKS that it was last night. So i have to brake into my own Z no problem but the damn window feature where it rolls down a tad will get in the way since the batts dead and i could mess things up. SO i call my buddy at the dealer and he is looking into it cause there is an EMERGENCY feature on the Z in case "$h!t" like this happens. He believes it is behind the bumper somewhere.

I figure i ask the forum if anyone knew of this electrical port before he gets back to me i can get this taken care of, thanks!!

 

If there is no port i can break in with ease. And then for FUTURE problems i will make my own port hidden somewhere behind the fender easily accessible as insurance.

 

DO you have an extra key? Use the keyhole, at least then the car would be unlocked then it'll be easier?? IDK, hope youll get it sorted out.

 

i broke in the same day no problems. new yellow top batt, and i made a + port hidden somewhere. works like a charm.
