Default Washer Fluid Pump Issues

Searched around and haven't seen anyone else with similar issues (aside from someone on motoring).

Over the past 6 months or so, my washer fluid operation has steadily deteriorated. Initially, everything sprayed fine, but steadily both the front and rear washer operations started showing reduced pressures to the point where both would just trickle out fluid (you could still hear the pumps working). Now, you can't hear the pumps and there is no fluid.

Is it just two bad washer fluid pumps, and a whole lot of coincidence that both failed together? Does the BCM control these pumps, and if so, is it likely that it's not sending enough voltage?

Aside from that, a few other things have begun to fail; lights won't turn on when you open the door, doors won't lock automatically when you start driving anymore. Do all of these indicate that I need to replace the BCM?

Thanks,

Jason

the other things sound bcm related....

however on the washer fluid.......if you hear the pumps working then i would say check the entire sytem - as in remove hoses, remove the nosels and clean everything out and ensure there is no blockage, etc first....

thats where i would start on that......process of elimination...

i would think that a dealer can get the consult II on your car and check your bcm for any errors.....
