Need your opinion: 04 350z with 12k miles. What mainence do i need?

I just got this car yesterday and it seems like owner didn't do much to the car. I mean it is a 04 car with 12k; it sits home most of the time. Anyways, should i change all fluids out? or flush out? What fluids?
