I have a base un-modded 2005 350z and the fan keeps turning on. I drive for about 5 minutes and the fan just turns on and stays on the remainder of my drive. I'm not turning the cabin fan on and the temp gauge reads a low temp. It has been doing this for the past two weeks and does it every time. The car has about 31k miles. Any suggestions?

I can't tell if you're talking about the fan on the radiator or the fan in the heat/AC system.

 

Sorry, it's the fan on the radiator.

hmmm..wierd. I got a letter from nissan stating they have found radiator fan in these years to be faulty. Im not sure if they dont come on or stay on but the letter said it extends the warranty on just that part for up X amount of time...id have to look at the letter which i threw away. But inside was a sticker to place in my warranty book to show i have extended the warranty in the fan
