Default 30K mile fluid replacements

Hey, are there any fluid replacements that any of you would recommend on a 30K mile manual transmission 2005 350Z?

A friend of mine recommended
- A coolant flush
- Manual Transmission fluid
- Differential Oil

I saw a posting on the web for replacing the Manual Transmission fluid. It doesn't look that bad and could do it myself.

What experiences have others had in terms of benefits and overall thoughts towards these fluid changes?

Cheers,
Dave

I follow the maintenance manual. Very helpful little book.

FYI, this should be in the repair/maintenance section, but here's my 2 cents anyways...

I've done the MT fluid myself, and it'll get messy depending on your method to get the actual new fluid into the tranny. I used one of those suction pumps and it's tough to keep things clean.

go to the diy section. there's a thread on here regarding the drivetrain fluids, check it out for what to use.

As for the actual coolant, I use Nissan anti-freeze to be honest.
