Tire Cupping, and they won't fix it!
My car is 11 months old with 17,000 miles.
I have a loud tire roar when decelerating at about 25mph. I took it in for that, and the Bose issue. Nothing got fixed. They told me that the alignment caused the cupping, and I'm past the warranty of 12k miles. So I'm screwed there I guess. Then, my amp won't be replaced because my VIN # is between the 2 ranges of VINs of the latest TSB for the newest amp.
Is there anything i can do?

You should try calling NNA, like Christi said, but I don't know what they'll tell you. The rep I spoke to at NNA told me the same about the 12k mile/1 year warranty from the factory on the alignment. 17k miles isn't too shabby to get out of these crappy tires, anyway. I'd be thrilled if I got that far. I only got 5k out of mine before the feathering started setting in...

Oh...and I forgot....I was using winter tires for 5 months of the entire year. That's why I noticed so late. How was I supposed to know the alignment was off before the symptoms set in. Good luck finding a dealership to check it if nothing is wrong.

Call 1-800-NISSAN-1 and open up a complaint with NNA. Don't know if they'll help but this feathering is a known issue and it should be taken care of beyond this 12k mile warranty crap.
