Default WTF is up with my Headlight?!!

Ok so here's my problem that is completely confusing me!! Ok so my 06-08 passenger side headlight is not working! The main connector that powers the light broke so I went and bought a new connector and spliced it and it doesn't work. So I checked to see if power was being delivered to the wires by using a flashlight current tester and all the wires lit up except 1, which could possibly be a ground. So if all the wires have power in them then shouldn't the headlight light up? And if the wires touched eachother would it blow the bulb or a fuse? Where is the headlight fuse located? ... Please help people I'm stumped!!

i have an 05 with the same problem, i would like to know as well. I got into an accident recently and i hit someone on the right front end but it was his fault so im gunna have his insurance company pay for it. The problem happened before the accident though.

Fuses for the headlights are behind the battery. If you take your time you should be able to remove the fuse box cover without having to remove the battery.

Also putting that fuse box cover back on isn't the easiest and I been tempted to break mine out of pure rage several times. LOL
