Cupped tires: Asking for 4 new tires and a free alignment.
Ok.
I went to the dealer today and asked them if they could replace my tires since they were cupped. (after reading all of you guys' new tire issues). My dealer already had a pre-approval for changing my two front tires, with an alignment. However, this only applies to cars that are under 12000 miles. If your over that limit, ike me (14700 miles), then all you get is two new tires without an alignment.
I personally think that is BULL. bc i had this problem with all 4 tires way before the 12000 mile point, and since its the manufactures problem, they should fix it with no questions asked.
i asked for a replacement of all 4 tires since they are all cupped including a complete alignment.
i would just like to knoe if anyone has done this or succeeded in doing so...
thanks.

Can you post a picture of the cupping on the tires. I only have 1400 miles, not sure if I have it or not.
My dealer is an a$$ so getting them to fix something for me is like me winning the lottery everyday of the week.
Is it like feathering?
Pics?
What if the dealer doesn't see it, but my car does pull to the right a little, and the bounce is ridicoulous (spelling), haven't heard the roaring at 60 m.p.h that everyone is talkling about though.
Is it 12,000 miles and under regardless of how long you have owned it?
