Default 2008 350z Start up awkward rev issue! HELP!!!

Hey everyone,

I had installed dual jwt pop chargers on my 350z. It ended up getting my throttle boddies dirty. So I took them apart with all the precautions and cleaned them properly with the designated cleaners.

that cleared the idle issue i was having where it would fluctuate and come down to almost a stall.

Now, I turn my car on and the car is runing but when i rev in neutral the gas pedal doesnt match up with teh rev( ex. i push the pedal all the way in and rev goes up to 3000 rpm )
I would have to turn the car off and one. some times after 3 tries and sometimes after 4 tries the car will start normal.

anyone had this issue or know what its from?

thnx for the help

Did you do the three magic procedures to re-calibrating the throttle bodies?

BTW - never touch the moving components of the TB.

Contact JWT in San Diego... They are pretty cool about giving you the proper info, especially if it's their product....

Why would you want to rev your engine over 3000rpms in neutral? I've driven over a year and 3500 miles without needing to exceed 3k in gear, and I haven't revved the engine even once in neutral.
