Default does anyone know how to fix this annoying seatbelt?

seatbelt just doesnt pull itself in...so annoying!

sounds like u might be needing to get yourself a new seatbelt.

It may be a defective reel, which is much more dangerous than just being annoying. Or, the belt might just be twisted inside the panel - check that first, but don't drive around like that.

will i have to open the whole thing up? i think its tangled up inside..any idea on how it's opened up?

It has a lifetime warranty. Take it to Nissan. They will replace it FREE.

If the VIN was sold in the US Nissan might send you the part.

Toyota did when the belt in my Land Cruiser broke and was in Mexico. Can't hurt to ask.

I would not take it apart, if they won't replace it for you I suggest buying a new one.

Pull up the rear end of the plastic trim panel which runs along the door sill. Then pull off the large panel covering the seatbelt reel area. It has maybe 6 clips, and will release with a firm tug starting at the front edge. No tools required.
