Hey guys, i just installed test pipes and it has a hissing sound after letting go of the gas pedal and i know that's not exhaust leak, but i still want to make sure there's no exhaust leaks after my installation. What does an exhaust leak sound like compared to the hissing sound?

uh oh a hissing sound, could be your flux capacitor or maybe your Muffler bearings, or a combo of both! lets hope not tho for your wallets sake...

Isn't the hissing sound normal? I hear it in every youtube video from those with test pipes or hfc... Plus members on the forum say it's normal....???

I had the hissing sound the very moment i turn on my car after installing my hfc.

So back to topic... Does anyone know what exhaust leak would sound like?

 

Exhaust leak sounds like Dallas BOYz fans, loud, obnoxious and they NEVEr stop, even when the engine isn't ruNNing.
