Default HR Leaking Engine Oil

Hi guys, I noticed that after changing out my engine oil, it leaks from the oil tank where the bolts are at. It's not leaking directly from the plug. I think the tank is like a sandwich and it's bolted on by a few screws, and it's leaking from in-between the sandwich. I'm not sure why since it was never modified or touched.

Has anyone else ever encountered this problem? Could i resolve it by tightening the bolts even more? I'd suspect that if i never touched it and i re-torque it, i'd over tighten it...

Been driving on low oil for quite a while now and just found out now that i have low oil... Hope my engine isn't damaged

Assume you are talking about the oil pan. Fix it right with a new gasket. If I any working with anything that seals oil under pressure, I recommend a torque wrench.
