Default 350z Coolant

So yesterday i refilled my windshield wiper fluid and noticed all of my coolant is empty, does this affect me and any way or should i get it fixed asap?

Coolant in the reservoir is empty? This is not good. The reservoir feeds the radiator (and cooling system). For all practical purposes it is a closed system.

The coolant is going somewhere? Find out where.

If you mean coolant in the resevoir, like david was talking about. I suggest you refill that asap, regardless of whether its leaking or not, and if it is leaking find out from where. Your car hasn't been overheating lately?

They feed one another actually. The direction it flows is dictated by pressure

Yes. You can buy pre-mixed coolant at the store. Fill. Mark the level with a piece of tape. And watch it carefully.
