Exclamation For people who have the Turbonetics Turbo Kit

Hi, i would like to know if anyone here had this problem with their turbo Kit:
ECU reflashed then LOST ALL KEYS
I dont have a single key to enter my car now...
I have called up the locksmith he tried to hack into my ECU and get the BCM code... but it cannot be completed. I was thinking if this has anything to do with the Re flashed ECU? if anyone got this problem PLEASE SHARE in need of urgent help THANKS !

Wow. I've never heard of a case like this. The only two avenues I can thnk of are going to whoever did the reflash as they should have access to the ECU or go to an actual Nissan dealership and ask for the help via your VIN number.

yea i am planning to get a Piggy back system after this... Im kinda worried about the Reflash as its not well built to hold a vq35t. But anyhow If anyone knows if there is a certain BCM code for the turbonetics reflash???

Yeah, I have the TN ST kit and I originally did the reflash but it was rpm based and not load based. I would detonate like crazy on our crappy Cali 91 octane gas.

I ended-up buying a Greddy E-Manage Blue which is a great deal. I got it tuned and the detonation was gone, response time was improved and the engine was smoother and stronger.

If you get the Blue, make sure to buy a wire patch harness so you don't hack you wires.

yea thats exactly what im looking for... i might go with the Utec route, just personal preference. Umm i have found out that the ECU and replacing keys have nothing to do with each other... the locksmith guy was just plain stupid... idk what else to say... going straight to the dealership tomorrow. wish me luck

Good luck. I don't know much about the UTEC but have heard of complications that the Blue doesn't give you. I would still recommend the Blue but anything is better than a reflash.

Getting a reflash shouldn't touch the BCM. Might be possible that your immobilizer went bad. We see a z car in our shop every once in a while that needs a new immo.

How do you know that the car lost all keys?
