can you still use your tire pressure monitor if you install after market rims, and if you can, how do you do so. and also are the sensors inside the the wheels or where are they located

The sensors will fit on some aftermarket wheels but not all. They will fit Volk and Nismo. I'm sure there are a couple more. The sensor and valve are a single unit. Simple nut attachment to the wheel.

yes they will, I had them fitted on my Privat Fahren, and it works great! search one of my old thread, I have some pics with it.
