Grasshopper noise coming from belts

Hey everyone,
I've got a rhythmic squeak coming from the passenger’s side of the engine compartment. The squeak picks up with increasing RPM's but is eventually droned out by the engine/exhaust. Here's a video:

Is this a problem with the belt or pulley?

Hard to tell from this video. Needs to be diagnosed. Depending on what it sounds like in person, I may try tightening the belts. If that doesn't work, I would take the belts off and spin all the accessory pulleys to see which one is squeaking.
