U1000 and U1001

I was at a gas station getting gas then went back in to start it up it wouldn't start and the car shot the codes...I have a 2007 Nissan 350z auto. Please I need help ASAP! I've recently also installed a DVD head unit in the car too.

Will not start engine

Hello, I have the same problem my car is a 350z Manual, 2005, 28,000 miles, Ive checked if theres a spark, but it only sends one spark and the car will not start. please help
