Default Car doesnt start !!! Please Help

so a few days ago i got up in my car like i do every other day and it wont start. The dash gives me a TCS and SLIP light as well as ABS blinking, and fans start working with the ignition on, but fuel pump doesnt prime. So my i checked the codes in the OBD2 and it gives me a error code u1000 some kind of communication code with the cars ECU or something. The starter cranks but doesnt start. Much help would be apreciated

Welcome- it would help if you give a few details on your Z. What year and model, mileage and any mods that could effect the electric system? U1000 usually means the ECM is not communicating with all the systems in the car and could be a problem with the ECM itself, wiring harness or the way it's grounded. In any case, unless you are experienced in diagnosing such issues, I'd suggest hiring a Nissan specialist to save time and money.

Its a 2006 350z AUTO with around 60k miles , mods are exhaust and intake, buts its been working fine with it for a few months now.

I was actually leading some gauge wires for my new stereo system, but i did not disconect nor connect anything just lead some wire thats all, and my ignition was on for about 2 hours since i was listing to music, and that same day all of a sudden i heard my fans turn on for no reason, didnt pay much attention just kind of turned it off and went to sleep.
The next day all i seed is the lights on as mentioned earlier fan on no pump prime and not spark just a dry crank

Money is always a consideration. But if you're desperate enough to be posting on an internet board, what are your options? None of us can accurately diagnose your problems from thousands of miles away. You need an experienced tech to work on your car to accurately diagnose and repair it. Let us know what you came up with when it finally gets fixed.
