Default when to replace stock battery

I have 70k miles on my car. And battery shows 14 volts but am not sure if battery needs to be replaced. I had to jumpstart my car twice from listening to the radio with my system for an hour or so. Any recs on a good battery?8

4 years is about right. The battery will fail in the winter when you try to start a cold motor.

14 volts is fine, The battery is still good. Sitting in your car with the radio on kills any battery quick because it is not getting a charge from the alternator...

I replaced my OEM battery with a Bosch battery about a year and a half ago. It came with a 3 year warranty. No problem since installing it. My Z is an 04.

My car was showing 14 volts but had almost zero amps... get a tester and check it or more than likely, pull it out and take it to a battery shop and they can check it, before you replace it. You need amps to turn the car over.

youre getting 14V when the car is running because its being charged but look at the voltage while cranking, if it falls to 10V its done

Never mind. I thought this was important. Important enough to say “thanks” or simply reply.
