car screeching at startup

I'm having the same issue. It just started a few days ago and only happens when it's cold. I think it is a belt. I found some videos on YouTube with the exact sound.

Depending on how the belts are adjusted, the screetching is a direct result. Nissan lists belt deflection figures for the VQ35DE in the FSM to help adjust it properly.
