So the motor died on the passenger side and I got it fixed by the dealership. I get home and open that side and hear this awful squeek. It'll drop down and go back up normally but I feel like it's not going down far enough or it's going too high. Either way I can push it down about a 1/4" after I open the door which looks like where it should be. It makes the squeek when it's going up after I shut the door but rolling the windows up and down while the door is closed doesn't make an AS obvious sound.

I looked it up on google and I can't manage to find a reason. I feel like the dealers screwed it up because it didn't make that noise until they replaced the motor.

The guy said it was the regulator inside the door making the noise. I highly doubt that.

 

actually seems as though i managed to fix it temporarily.

I basically rolled the window down and held the button down for a few seconds. Then rolled it back up and held that for a few seconds as well and the sound as ceased for now. Hopefully it will stay that way. Noises drive me crazy.
