Since he went up the curb he was going faster than he should have. How much too fast really doesn't matter.
I'd say figure out why traction was lost (bad tires, slippery conditions etc) and don't do that in the future.

Back tires were bald. Wear bar indicators were completely gone. Lmao. So new tires and wheels are soon to be purchased

Doesnt look too bad... just start hunting down some new hubs and traction bars...or maybe time to upgrade??
Seems like you already have OEM camber arms and someone that wants to donate a new rear lower CA lol...cop some new wheels, but overall it should be a not so hard fix...

Reading the rest of this thread (bald tires, etc) and some of your other posts, I think you could pretty safely delete the word "car" from your statement.
You should be thankful that you weren't hurt, as in, thankful enough to realize that this is too much car for your current driving skill/intelligence and get rid of it.
