Good luck but it might have been a good idea just to go with insurance from day 1.
We actually havent poured as much as it may seem in to this fix. So far a couple traction arms/links ($96) a control arm ($295) and frame shop labor fees have all added up a little under $500. The frame shop said they should be able to straigten up the subframe/cradle. Also if I would have filed a claim I would have been fcuked after getting my speeding ticket a week or so ago.

Just thought I'd give one final update to let you guys know she's back and running better than ever. Fixed the header/steering shaft issue as well.

What did the new tires cost you? How about the rest of the bill?

Surprisingly, the tires weren't damaged at all. And I'd say with labor cost, new part costs, and everything else added together, around $900-1000.

^ Not damaged? Wow, that's terrific! Well, I guess the only completely sensible thing to do would be to slap those bad boys right back on and git er dun. Not like they caused you any sort of issues before, right?

I thought by asking that you were implying the seals, etc maybe broke. But in that case yes i picked up 2 used tires yesterday to use until I get my 19" wheels in a couple months.

Good to see the car is sorted out. Drive safe from now on. You've crashed the car because of speed, and gotten a speeding ticket... Be careful dude. Don't feel like I'm some old man that's trying to lecture you, either. I'm sure I'm not much older than you

Good to hear! Some of us (myself included) like to learn on our own, instead of just listening to others advice lol
