i just got my clutch installed today in my '04 (as well as a pivot ball and stainless clutch line) at a local shop. i checked my receipt and sure as ****, i accidently ordered an '03 pivot ball, which is longer. they called and said they're done, but i have a few questions.
A. wouldn't they notice if it was the wrong one? (keep in mind it's not a dealership)
B. what could go wrong having the wrong (longer) one in?
C. my transmission was replaced under warranty in 2008 with a used trans, not sure what year. will there be a noticeable sign whether or not it's the right one while driving it?
