Pulsing brake squeal?
Had this issue over in another thread...long story short I had some wheel spacers installed today, but afterwards on my drive home the first pedal press is mushy...car still stops, there's no shuttering or vibration...just a steady squeak or squeal in a rhythm.
If I immediately release the pedal and give it another push, it's firm and feels normal...called Z1 where I ordered the spacers from, and they suggested it's possibly due to the brake booster check valve?
Also, what in the hell could be causing this noise? Before the spacers were installed there was no noise...took it back and I helped these guys tear through every possible part that could be causing the squeal...I have at least 50% life left on the pads...and they weren't even messed with, just unbolted the calipers and bungee'd them up out of the way to install the extended studs for the hubcentric spacers.
Please help
this is really annoying
