What could be causing this?

I took my Z to a local dealer where the diagnosis was "We can't find anything wrong with your car" for issues with the clutch and burnt clutch smell. I left and have been driving it like normal since... I leave a friends house last night and this is what happened:
Started car and check engine light came on.
Went to pull out and had no gas petal, would not rev up even if pushed to the floor.
Restarted car and check engine light remained on but ran fine.
I live 45 mins from my friend and halfway the Z started smelling of burnt clutch.
Pulled over, car smelling of strong burnt clutch, figured I would sit for a few.
Went to pull out and once you let the clutch out in 1st you could feel the clutch chatter really bad and the entire drive train shook.
Shifting into 2nd and 3rd results in clutch slippage but 4th,5th and 6th shift smoothly.
Also I drove it this morning and it's driving just fine, shifts and pulls out like it should, check engine light is still on.
What is going on here? Z has 107,000 miles...

Going to get the code pulled after dinner tonight at Advance Auto. I find it odd that the car drives fine once it sits over night then acts up after 30mins or more of driving.
Yea you cant resurface the OEM flywheel IIRC.
but now that i come back and read this, im willing to bet you a nickle that you need to replace your clutch lol...the code should be unrelated

Not sure what to do about the P2135 TPS code though.

Ok as far as the clutch goes I have decided to do it myself. Should I replace the flywheel since the car has 107k miles? If I should I will probably go with the Z1 350Z / G35 Clutch and Flywheel combo.
I have read up on the install and it states the exhaust has to come off. I assume at 107k miles the bolts may break or be rusted and if that happens whats the best course of action? I will need new gaskets too wont I?
