That means that it is working as designed.

Why are your tires slipping? Worn out?

When does it happen? Straight line or turning? Accellerating hard?

Need more info!

OP, you're not losing power, you're just losing your respect.

I've checked my tires, they don't seem to be worn out even though I've been gone a whole year. It happends when I'm accelerating hard and the surface of the road is dry.

God is mad at you for going too fast. So he cuts your car's power while sending you a message through slip light using morse code.

check air pressure on rear tires. i found out about a nail in a rear tire because of the slip light coming on when i accelerated hard.

Dont know if this was resolved, but I know that if you switch the front and rear tires/wheels by mistake, and you accelerate, you will easily get the slipping light and power loss.
