Exclamation Oil Filter HELP!!!

Hey guys I need some huge help with some oil filter issues I am having.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K1ohTnZ8mC8

Attached is a video of what is happening. This has happened about 6 times today I have change the filter a each time and it is still going on. I am not sure what could be the cause. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This happens after I turn the car on almost immediately.
Things I have checked for:
Double gasket.
Cross threading.
Filter failure of any sort (non that I could see)
Pressure reads around 30psi (cold) and then falls once oil starts gushing.

I have done several oil changes without any filter issues, so I do not think that it is something that I have done.

The car is a 2003 Nissan 350z. Any ideas or help again would be greatly appreciated. I need this thing ready to race in less than a week ;/

Looks like the threads on the filter and the post are not the same. Can you keep tightening the oil filter where it gets tight, loose and then tight. Are you having to find that sweet spot?

You have an aftermarket oil cooler which normally come with 2 types of threads on the 2 studs they provide. Is the correct one installed?

How long have you had your oil cooler kit?

How long have you had this Z?

I have had the z for 2 years, installed the oil cooler kit a year ago, and have been using Wix oil filters ever since. There is no cross threading and the filter snugs against the adapter plate nicely. I havent changed anything from this oil change and all the others.

Blockage in the oil cooler causing high pressure?

I feel for ya. I have been battling a oil leak for about a year now and it has been very frustrating.

Make sure your filter part number is correct. Maybe try a different brand that is known to work ( unless your stud is a different thread.

Are you hand tightening the oil filter? Oily hands?

yeah this blows pretty hard. I know this filter works I have been using it for a year... Yes it is hand tight and no oil I am sure the filter is tight enough... I have no idea how a blockage would form. how would I check for one?

Here is what I would do.

Remove the oil cooler temporarily:

Remove the adapter plate and extra stud.
Install new filter, fill with oil and run the car.

If it doesnt pop off you have probably found your source of headache. Either the threads or the oil cooler.

So just completely bypass the oil cooler too see if that could be the culprit?

Need the oil cooler, Hot az summers kill my TT setup... Alot of overheating. But I will start with getting that out of the mix to see if it solves anything.

your front lca bushing may be busted. It looks like the arm is shifted towards the front and not centered.

First, and cheapest/easiest, thing I'd try is a different filter. Maybe Wix just had a bad run of them??? I always use a Mobil 1 M1-110. Do the Wix filters appear damaged in any way after you take them off? Split seam, damaged o-ring, etc? Hard to believe the oil cooler setup could become blocked/clogged suddenly. Do you have an in-line oil thermostat?

I had the same problem with my car running my oil cooler. The gasket on the filter just didn't have the proper OD. I changed up to the equivalant of a fram PH3985 and have never had another problem.

Looks like your sandwitch plate is fawked up. is the filter popping off or is it blowing apart?

You should also see at least 60-80psi on cold startup. 30psi is WAY low.

With all the oil coming out he will not get the proper pressure.

Not according to the post:
