Default Wheel bearing issue! Please help

Ok to make a long story short, about 6 months ago I noticed the infamous wind tunnel noise coming from my passenger rear wheel not to mention the rear-end felt a little sloppy while driving... So I figure/diagnose the problem as the wheel bearing... No biggie, I'll change out the wheel bearing and go on my way.. The problem is when I did change it about 5 months ago, the bearing went out once more, I replaced it once again, and about 4 weeks ago I changed it for the 3rd time!! And to make problems worse I'm starting to feel and hear that its going out again!!!!!!!!!!! What could possibly causing it to go out???

Cliff notes: Wheel bearing keeps going out ever 1-2 months or so.. needing to know what could possibly be the cause! Any help or ideas would help!

id submit that its incorrect installation.. thats the only constant.. ill let someone more experienced reply, but thatd be my guess.

Change the hub, the like to die with the bearing. Ive lost two bearing and one hub. Also the bearing is weak, my last one went out in a high speed slide at Willow springs. Ive also gone offroading at high speed with out a problem. Luck of the draw.

Could bad suspension or anything like that, cause them to go out?
